Worst investment in my years of…
Worst investment in my years of investing. They sell shares in a pre-IPO company at highly inflated prices. Then when it plummets (which it often does), does little to help people sell their overpriced shares. Very disappointing overall.

Overall I like the platform offerings
Overall I like the platform offerings. I do not like the fact that I do not receive timely responses to my customer service emails as well as I never receive a response from the live customer service Chat feature.

EquityZen is not the answer
EquityZen has proven to me that they cannot execute on certain deals they advertise and promote, but then they overpay on others when a deal should not have been signed. I do not believe they have their client’s best interest at heart and their communication is lacking. That’s not the kind of service I expect. I have moved to another platform that has already been a much better experience.
