Phone Number Customer Service Lacking
Communication is difficult with no telephone number. Also, I want to know why some purchases are still pending even though the dollars were taken from my account months ago. I have yet to receive an answer on this question (albeit just asked last night). Otherwise, transactions are routine, nothing extraordinary.

To clarify the timeline: Once our fund closes investor commitments, the transaction is subject to the company's Right of First Refusal (ROFR). This typically grants the company a 30-day period (or longer, depending on the issuer) to approve or purchase the shares. Following this mandatory review, our typical closing and settlement timeframe is 8 to 11 weeks after the fund closure. This is an estimate, and the process may take longer for certain deals.
