I bought CBRS pre IPO. All went well until the IPO of CBRS. the fist distributions happened 2 months ago, up to today, 5 different distributions happened and I have still didn't receive anything. I keep following up with them but they never answer. I believe it is a scam. I sent so many follow ups emails and haven't got a return.

Equityzen used to be good but the partnership with Morgan Stanley is a challenge. Disbursement of shares with Morgan Stanley is a mess. Despite multiple reminders, they do not follow through. I have investments through Hiive and Forge who have been excellent.

I've never wanted to be a customer of this company, but they seem to think they can force me to become one. Their strategy to sign up customers seems dodgy at best. Out of the blue, I got an email to verify my email and get started. I disregarded it, but they keep sending me newsletters. When trying to unsubscribe, the link only leads to a sign-in page.

Very creepy, insecure company! Got an email from them to verify an account I never signed up for and the email said, "Don't worry if you got this by mistake it's just a test!" Responded asking for the unauthorized account to be deleted and haven't heard anything back. If they're just sending random test emails then I can't imagine what they're doing with your investments.

I bought shares in a company and paid all the fees immediately and in full. Over the course of 6 months the company in question proceeded to have a share buy back in which EquityZen took part and automatically sold 2.5% of all holdings. This included 2.5% of my shares also. Now weeks later after multiple calls and emails l still have not received my payment for the sale of my shares. I do not believe that Equity Zen is a scam, nonetheless be warned this is the type of service you should now expect to receive: no communication (despite a mandate of a response in 24 hrs), unanswered phone calls, no payment / Distribution when you are owed money!
