I was earlier a bit unhappy due to delays in share transfers of CBRS. However, I got my shares eventually. I learnt that these are just the mechanics of private investing! Thanks to EquityZen, I got a 7 bagger in just one year! Most importantly, it was without any “carry” or “profit sharing” and that’s the best part with EquiyZen as other platforms either charge hefty carry or command huge minimum investment while EquityZen provides an opportunity to a retail investor to invest in primary market with reasonable cheque size while collecting minimal fees! And it’s for global customer based which is fantastic. Thanks for providing a wonderful platform to retail investor!

I get allocation to a lot of companies at valuations that you wouldn't normally get if you waited for them to hit the public markets. EZ closes the business in relatively quick time and updates you on any pricing events. Distributions have been smooth and even when we sell out of a position in the secondary private market EZ has made it a smooth process. One drawback is getting companies earlier in their fundraising process to increase returns. Our first access to most companies (from when we are first interested in them to when we can finally make an investment) is still too long and sometime there is no opportunity at all. But this is a great service overall and so far I've had no problems with their SPVs.
