I'm so sorry you had this experience. Our bottle filters are rated for 75 gallons and have been independently tested for their filtration performance. Can you let us know what was going wrong with the bottles or filters you purchased, or reach out to our Customer Support team so we can better understand the issue? I apologize for the late response. We're just getting involved with this review website.

Hi, I'm so sorry this happened. Our replacement program exists to make sure customers receive their replacement filters on time, and having an order go unfulfilled for nearly three months falls far short of that. I hope that as we've grown and made improvements, you haven't experienced anything like this from us again. We're so glad to hear you've been enjoying your filtered water!

Hi Chris, I sincerely apologize for our support team's lack of response. When something goes wrong with a delivery, it's our responsibility to help resolve it, whether the issue occurred during our shipping process or later in transit. You should not have had to repeatedly reach out for assistance.

I'm so sorry you had this experience with our filters. Having issues with your filters and then receiving replacements that also didn't work properly must have been incredibly frustrating. I know with our older media we occasionally had issues with the media cracking during shipment, which would lead to filters clearly not working properly. Now we have improved filtration media, and all our pitcher filters are completely made or assembled here in our U.S. NSF-certified manufacturing facility. This should have never happened. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I'm so sorry you went through this experience with our customer service Jay. This is absolutely not how this situation should have been handled in the slightest. Did you ever get your missing order that was 6 weeks late? I apologize for the terribly late reply. We're just now getting involved with this review site.

Wow, I am so sorry this was your experience with our customer service during this time. That sounds very frustrating! We have since cracked down on supply issues and haven't had our bottle and pitcher filters run out of stock. This definitely should have been communicated and handled better at the time. Thank you for sharing this. I apologize for the late response as we are just getting involved with this specific review platform.

Cris, I am so sorry you had this experience with our company and our filter subscription program! I also apologize for the late response to your very valuable feedback. We are just getting involved with Trustpilot. Did you ever get the filters you were owed from your subscription? From what I can gather, it seems we were having supply chain issues at this time, but customers should definitely not have been left without clear communication while still being charged for subscriptions. Thankfully, we have become much more diligent about keeping replacement filters in stock since then. I'm so sorry we let you down here, especially after you had been enjoying our filters and the water quality they provide.
