Epic is making wonderful filters that make my drinking water safe and delicious!

Great customer service.

Everything worked out as indicated.

Love the subscription. I know I’ll have a new filter on hand when my pitcher timer runs out.

I appreciate that the water filters arrive on time and ready to install in my pitcher. I feel I'm keeping my family healthy by filtering the water that we drink and use in cooking.

Had an issue with a leaking spigot on our dispenser. Customer service promptly sent us a new one free of charge, thank you! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!

Delivery was fast and I couldn’t be more pleased with my new water, pitcher and carbon block filter. I think in the long run it’s going to be easier for sure and also cheaper than buying and hauling water. Very satisfied.

Very simple and easy. Great product!
