The filters are probably good, but it's just become too expensive. I don't want a subscription because my use is irregular and I have way too many subscriptions. I took your survey hoping to get a little money off but couldn't access the coupon or whatever it was.

1 star or maybe an incomplete. Said the item was in stock. Accepted my order with an expected delivery date. Now four days after the delivery date and no sign that my order has been prepared for shipping. Only communication is this customer satisfaction survey.
