Unbelievable communication and final product! Will absolutely use again.

I have sent multiple emails for some sort of update with no reply. It said the 25th I would receive it. Today it is the 26th and all it says is unfulfilled. What does that even mean? I also paid the jump start fee which is now seeming more and more like a rip off. If I atleast received a useful response as to what the heck is going on I’d change the review but so far there has been little to no communication after paying over $300…not happy..

At first I was nervous about it but when I got my picture it was fantastic! It looked just the picture I sent! I have no complaints at all! Highly recommended! It just in time for Mother’s Day too! I loved it! I’ll be getting another one soon!

Purchased a birthday gift for my wife on may 9th. Not only is it well past my wifes birthday, but it is definitely past their 8 day guarantee as it is now the 25th of May. I emailed their support team numerous times and grow frustrated to the point where I dont even want the product anymore. Absolute horrible experience and I just want my money back now.

They shipped the wrong picture twice.

I disliked the pricing .I would have liked if they could of taken the pictures I sent in and made us look more closer together . I mean it was a nice picture but I just wish for the pricing it was done better over $300 I paid

I would highly recommend EpicPaint to anyone considering having a project like this done. Not only was it an easy process to complete, but I also liked having the opportunity to preview the project and ask for additional changes if needed. Staff that I dealt with in emails were consistently appreciative of our business, very pleasant and responded promptly. We had a painting put together of myself, my infant daughter, my mom, and my grandma as a gift for my mom for Mother's Day. My grandma never had the opportunity to meet my daughter as she passed away just a month before my daughter was born. The painting looks very real and was the perfect gift to my mom as a special keepsake of our four generations. Thank you so much for this work of art that will be treasured forever.
