The picture came out beautiful. I gave it to my step daughter that never had a picture of her self with her mom and dad. She cried so much, because she loved it so much. It was done in a timely manner and was very good about fixing what I didn’t like. I will do another one with me and my mom and dad. It is well worth the money. Thank you so much for the great job you did.

Customer service was great. Although I forgot to record my mother's reaction. Let's just say that tears were flowing. She absolutely loved it. Thank you for a great experience. I would recommend this company for your picture needs. Will definitely be using your services again soo.

Not what I expected in quality for what I paid for

Great customer service! They provided a preview before creating a truly touching painting of my family with my grandparents that have passed away.

Ordered ahead of Mother’s Day on May 8th. I understand it was a busy time and it appeared it wouldn’t make it to me in time. Fine. They claim standard production time is 8 working days. However, I paid their “jump the queue” fee which lead me to believe that production time would be shorter. It is past 8 working days and no information. I was told on May 14th artist was working on it and I’d get a preview. It’s May 19th, no preview, no response to a status update, no response to why the “jump the queue” fee I paid did not mean they started production “right away.” Poor communication. Queue jump fee is a ripoff. I will gladly update IF I ever hear back or receive my order. Update: finally received my order. Overall product is decent but their service is terrible. They never sent the digital download until I sent several messages. I did receive a refund for the queue jump and shipping but that doesn’t really make up for the delays and awful customer service. Overall still a one star company.

I didn't want to write a review until my painting was deliveried to make sure my mom received it. Well she got it today and her reaction was priceless she cried. My mom wanted a picture of her mother my sister and niece as a four generation picture. Well with four separate pictures that was created into one was just pure AMAZING! I myself did not expect anything that wonderful. I was beyond floored when I saw the preview. The artist did such a wonderful job. My mom has ready put in a request for her birthday presents which is less than a two months. Thank you Epic Paint. From the creation all the way to the final product everyone I came in contact with was just amazing such a wonderful company that offers such a wonderful memory. Thank you
