Epic paint exceeded my expectations. The painting was done so beautifully and the delivery was good, t I had the painting done for my son in law for Father’s Day. He now has a beautiful portrait of his family to enjoy for years to come.

I placed an order through the website on May 28th. I finally got the proof via email on June 2nd. After sending approval to proceed via email, EpicPaint started the process and sent over a tracking number once it shipped out. The package arrived at my house on June 8th...I opened the package and it was someone else's portrait altogether!!! I am completely understanding that people are human and are allowed to make mistakes. I have been trying to contact someone at the company since June 8th and the only responses I get are "We are looking into this" or "I'm so sorry for the issue, let me see what we can do" --- while I appreciate the responses I am getting, no one is giving me any specific information about when I will receive my product. I purchased a $30 'Queue Jump' to ensure that I would be able to receive the product before Father's Day, as this is a gift for my husband. It is now 3 business days before Father's Day and I have absolutely no information as to when I am to get my portrait. I am extremely upset with the way this has been handled by the company. Even more upsetting is the fact that there is no phone number to be found to contact someone, and each email response is answered by a completely different person each time.

It came! She loved it! I’m pleased! I wrote a bad review because my order took a long time to get here, but one it arrived it was beautiful and my wife loved it! Mother’s Day delayed didn’t not equal Mother’s Day denied!

I paid, received the order that was wrong. They sent me a revised version. Said it was finished. And this was weeks ago and they’re just not sending it out. I’m beyond furious. Now they’re ignoring my emails. This is so disappointing. It has been going on since 4/24 and it is now 5/31. They stole my money. All I wanted was what I paid for. So upsetting.
