You need to improve on your response time when someone sends you a message weather it be email, message through face book or what. Also make sure that your customers order is not stuck somewhere for several days. I do have to say that I was pleased with the outcome when i sent back feedback about changing something with the pictures. I hope you get better customer service.

Does not look like a paint, its just the same picture printed and it was expensive just to receive that, never doing this again

I ordered a portrait November 14th and everything was going really smooth so far. I got the preview link of the portrait, they listen when I had some comments on it and changed it within a day or 2 and I approved the portrait. Couple of days go by and they said it’s printing and it will be shipped soon. I was so excited everything was happening so smooth a quick. When I get the portrait I open it, and it was a completely different order, they sent me a painting of the Golden Gate Bridge. How could they have made that mistake. I immediately panic because they have no number to call just a custom service rep through text. I was told I’d get a refund and I could keep the painting free of charge and that I’d be sent the correct portrait. They took a week to get back to me and send me the correct one. I do not recommend this company only because of the stress I went through, and they really need a number to call.

I was not happy with the final product. I had requested some changes be made and they were not good. The proof is kind of hard to see because of all the security proof words and stuff. Just wasn’t happy with the quality. I would not recommend.

Took a long time, feel like the quality wasn't too great for the price, it was like copy and paste artwork I've done myself for fun with basic apps. But my loved one felt it was great so can't put a price on that lol

It’s not an actual oil painting. It’s digitally generated to make it look like an oil painting! Very disappointed!! Don’t wast your money!! False advertising for sure

Well didn’t know you was just putting pictures together like that. My grandson looked disabled in the photo. And my child looked like I cut her out a magazine. So I will not be going through you guys again. My wife was disappointed.
