My photo came incorrect. I contact the company the day of arrival. I was sent a email days after mother's day and have not heard back from the company . It broke my heart to see my brother that pass away look like someone else on my photo

Very friendly, they ask your opinion after they send a proof and correct whatever. My only issue is it looks a little too digitalized for me, wish it looked more like a painting.
