I got this picture made for my husband in memory of his grandmother. He really did loved it. The picture was VERY beautiful in person.

This was more than I expected, it was perfect. I had one request and the communication was easy, fast and kind. I was a little skeptical at first but I'm glad I did it anyways!

Being the last person to review this company I thought it was only fair to give an update on my previous complaints. Whilst looking for other forms of contact I discovered their Facebook Messenger which is the saving grace of the whole situation, I was able communicate directly with someone instead of waiting on emails which at times don't get responded too. Luckily after direct communication and with someone dealing with my queries and requests personally my Frame has finally arrived and although disappointed by the amount of time it has taken (3months!) and lack of communication inbetween I am pleased with the final product. My honest review is that I believe this is a legitimate company and they are dedicated to editing and making your requests until you are satisfied. If you have a simple order, I believe it could all be very straight forward and arrive as promised. Unfortunately with requests and edits amongst talking to many many people behind the screen there will be a lot of confusion,miscommunication and lack of...I believe as a company if they were to priorities completion on the backlog of orders instead of putting it aside and have a better system especially with communication then there would be no reason for a bad review. My conclusion and main tip would be to directly communicate via Facebook messenger instead of their email and if your not in a rush or able to wait even months..then you should be happy with the quality of product once received.

Ordered 3 weeks before father's day still haven't received picture it's now July. Any time I try contact the company they take 5+ days to reply and they give no details or resolution to the problem, they just say they are busy. They have no phone number to speak with someone. I asked for my money back they said they can't do that. So I'm out 200+ dollars plus the ruined my husband's father's day gift. I am reporting the charges with my bank.
