I placed my order on the 13th. I received no information and when I logged in my order showed still pending 8 days later. I sent numerous emails to cancel this order for the last 3 days to no avail until I did it through PayPal. Now they responded, I definitely will not be using them again.

I was a new customer to EntirelyPets pharmacy and I there was a prescription item I wanted to order. I was told when I called that the item was in stock. I was also told I should fax the prescription I had from my vet to them. When I called back to get the fax #, I was then told that I could not fax the script, that my vet would need to place the order. So I contacted me vet and she faxed a script to them. I called the next day to make sure they had received the order from my vet and they had. They also again confirmed the product was in stock and would be shipped within 48-72 hours. I waited a week and called again. Again I was told the product was in stock and my order was being processed. Waited a few more days and called again and this time was told the item was on backorder with no anticipated replacement date. Calls to EntirelyPets has been like talking to a block wall. Finally just cancelled my order and will vow to never do business with them again.

Put in order on 2/9/21 and credit card was charged 2/10/21. 2/17/21 inquired about order and was told product was on backorder, with no ETA. On 2/18/21 cancelled order. On 2/19/21 got email informing me order was cancelled and takes up to 10 days to get refund. On 2/20/21 ordered product from other company and received it on 2/24/21. 3/4/21 received email from EntirelyPets they shipped order. Called them and they agreed to stop order and a refund in 5 days. About a week later I received the product and have no refund. Never again doing business with them!

This company took my money and never shipped my order. Emailed them with no response. Then spoke with customer rep who assured me my order was being sent out that day. No tracking info and never received. After being on hold for 1/2 an hour and speaking to representative #2 and requesting a refund, that was never issued, I am attempting one last time. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow. Do not buy from this company!!

Can you give a 000? Same as everyone...lead customer on that medication for dog in heart failure will come in from back order. After 2 months nothing but emails asking if I got my back order that doesn’t even work. The called today spike to a supervisor & demanded he tell me last time this drug even came in. Well November for small tiny dogs but never for the larger dogs. They love to refund money because they know they lead people on. Told him to take the large size off & his answers is well they say they still make it. What crap!!! CHEWY sent me a notice ( no prepay) when they got the drug & I ordered it but could only get 1 month. Still better then this fraudulent company!! Boycott this place!!! HORRIBLE

I called looking for an arthritis medicine for my cat. This is something new to me since there's not many thing's that they can take. Sheetal Nath was a huge helper in me finding the best medicine for me to purchase. CSR's like her are what keeps customers coming back to do business with you! I hope management let's her know how valuable she is to the company. I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future because of the outstanding service Sheetal provided to me. Thank you!

I placed an order for medications and a joint supplement on Oct. 2, 2020 using a 15% discount code. I was charged the full amount without the discount and was told I would receive the discount when the rest of my order shipped. The joint supplement never shipped. I emailed on 10/23 - no response. I chatted with an EP rep on 10/29 when I was told I would receive a refund for the undelivered items - no refund. I chatted with another rep on 11/12 and was told I should have a refund the following week - no refund. Finally, on 11/22, I gave up and filed a BBB complaint. The horrid customer service alone should put this company out of business.
