Reached out several times and have not received any response. They claim that the package was delivered but clearly I have not received it. It has been over a month and they have not responded! This is a shady company that does not care about customer satisfaction. Seems they hire delivery services that may use wifi jammers as my cameras were interrupted during their "alleged" delivery time.

I have never seen a more useless store than this one. It's been about 20 days since I’ve been calling and emailing them daily, but they don’t respond to my emails, and they don’t pick up the calls either. I just want to confirm whether they provide invoices to their customers. My order was delivered fine. The problem is two hours after ordering my debit card was compromised. Someone tried to use it at craft furniture store, twenty minutes from entirely pets and then again in Berkeley CA. It's a major inconvenience when you have to stop a debit card because of this.
