Ordered a product that was listed in stock, paid for rush shipping, and received a confirmation with a order receipt from HealthyPets, Inc in Union City, CA. After weeks after not receiving the product I confirmed that entirelypets.com cancelled my order and both never notified me that my order was cancelled, and never refunded me the purchase & shipping cost. After attempts to reach out with no response I was able to get my money back by making a claim via PayPal. Do not order from this site. It may have been legitimate at one time, but this place is definitely pretty scammy. If you do take a chance make sure you use PayPal or a Credit Card so you can initiate a chargeback if the site screws you over.

Had an issue with delivery of overheated Enzyme Solution (cooked I should say), not usable wanted to send back or get replacement. Emailed them at Contract Address immediately, received a robo-response with a case #, stating that I'd hear back from them. Well I didn't- sent a reminder with case number 2 weeks later, pleading for a response. Still no response. Sent another email 3rd request, no response. Called and was told Rep needed to discuss with a supervisor (who conveniently was out that day) and that they would call or mail me back. That was 4 days ago. I am now disputing with my credit card company and needless to say will NEVER do business with them again, what a horrible way to treat your customers, shame on you!! Don't recommend doing business with them.

I’ve never had a problem with EP. The prices are very reasonable, and shipping is prompt.

For one we bought seresto collars for all of our animals and they made two of our very sick and burnt their necks due to having to much pesticides in the collars. That came straight from my vet. Also was informed the collars was fake because they should have a logo on them including a serial number and serial number should match the one on the can and there was no logo or serial number on the collars. I even called an spoke to someone there by the name of Shawn that said he would check into it and get back with me it's been at least a month still no response from Shawn. How ironic after all this happened I even saw an article on investigate TV talking about the exact thing. Sad thing I spent 357$ and some change never got a refund or even offered anything from ENTIRELY PETS PLUS NO RETURN RESPONSE FROM THEM!!! SO EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR MAKE YOUR ANIMALS SUFFER LIKE MINE DID. I HAVE PICTURES I GOING TO POST IF I FIND A PLACE TO POST THEM ON THIS REVIEW!!

When I order on July 2nd, I expect to receive my order (delivery to Sweden) about 2 weeks after that BUT this seems to be impossible for this company. Contacted their customer service (July 15th) regarding shipping details since when tracking the shipment no I still do not have any update except: shipped July 2nd. Well, today July 19th: no delivery, no update, no info, no response from customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company (not for the products - they are great) but for their horrible/miserable/nonchalant customer service.

Don't buy from this company still waiting for flea medicine for my cats, it's 19 days in and nothing when there site says 4 to 8 days. Paid this company over 300. dollars supposed to receive today but still in CA. And when you talk to customer service they give you a run around. My dog died today! I ordered heart worm medication on June 20, and I just got in 10 minutes ago. I called this company to ask if I could return the product I spent close to 600 for cremation and euthanasia so I could use that money. First off, no I’m sorry for your loss. The man went on to say, “why did you order so much heart worm prevention than” REALLY! My dog died “unexpectedly” what kind of question is that! This company is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with! Buy from Chewy, Pet rx, or even 1800 petmeds and get more respect! This is insane! DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS, JUST THE MONEY!

I tried to buy some skin medicine for my cat. I spent $50 for them to email me a week later telling me that the medicine was on back order. That was three months ago. Complete scam. They took my money and never sent me the medicine.
