Overcharged for item. Went thru PayPal 1st to resolve, then EPets emails apologizing and stating they’d given me a full refund, NOT! Had to deal further with my credit card to get the discount. Will NEVER deal with this company again! Bad way to treat customers!!

Entirely Pets was advertising a 20% site-wide discount in celebration of black Friday. I was in the process of entering my payment info when I received an instant message from Paypal that the price of the item in my order just went up $3.50! Upon price checking another item on their site (which I had verified a day earlier), I noticed they had inflated the price of that item, too. So in effect the customer is getting more like 15% off. What a scam!

Ordered medication online and paid using PayPal. They took my money then emailed me that the meds were not in stock. I told them to cancel the order. They sent me an email that the order was cancelled. Three weeks later and I’m still trying to get a refund. They’re thieves, plain and simple. I have now opened a case with PayPal to get my money back. Scammy operation. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 bottles of ear flush. I received both but one was leaking and 1/3 empty. The remainder was in the plastic bag used for shipping. Sent a note to Entirely Pets and have received no response.

It has never taken this long. I understand it was back odered but then it sat i kansas fot like 4 days i ordered in time so my dog wouldnt run out but he was out for 4 days and had began to itch again Thanks
