I have been trying to cancel an autoship of supplements I purchased for my dog that I set up late last year (2022), however every time I went to the website to cancel it, their was a note that their was a problem with their server and to call or message them. After getting another autoship in January and sent a message to cancel, no reply. Now on 3/20 I received an email that my next autoship will be ready to ship in about a week. I emailed, messaged through their website, called and left messages and absolutely no reply what so ever! Got an email today that my shipment is on it's way. Worst customer service ever! Do not buy from this company, they are scammers!! I will not have to go through the inconvenience of reporting them on my credit card and blocking this account now.

This is the worst experience I have ordering product from this company. The order was placed online on 1/31/23. Today is 2/22/23 and the ordered product was not delivered. Spoke with their manager a few times who promised to resent my order by the express delivery. Nothing was done. Avoid this fraud, stay away from this scam.

I got everything accordingly though little late.

Ordered a calming product on December 5th. Till now has not arrived and in fact it has not even been shipped out yet. Wrote 3 mails and received automated replies that someone will reply as soon as possible 😡😡

I called to cancel order and they still sent order and withdrew money. We wanted refund but they refused unless we sent back product. This was there fault and this should have never occurred in the first place. Never dealing with this pharmacy again

horrible system horrible customer service. You placed your order and if that item is out of stock, they don't tell you no email notification or anything. So you have to waste your time reaching out. I just did online chat with them about my order, and they said it's out of stock and coming in next week so i told them I wanna keep my order. My order never came. This is 3rd time. They never ever send you any email of purchase or shipping or anything. Only reason they can survive because some of their meds prices are good. But if your item is back order... then be ready to waste y our time. You will never ever know if you item is still coming or not. I really hope this company go down. Plus everyone seemed having bad manner, rude and no idea what they are doing. If you can, just stay away. You will regret using this company.

I placed an order with Entirely Pets in 2/2021 and received an email from them that they could not ship my order as I didn't pay for it. I emailed them my paid receipt and called them and got a voicemail. No response. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and had it taken off. Entirely Pets then lied to the credit card company and told them they had shipped the product. When I disputed their claim they sent me the product, which I had already ordered elsewhere. I marked the package as REFUSED and returned it and processed a 2nd dispute with my Credit Card company. EP claimed they never received the return - even though the status of my account clearly said RETURNED. They have promised to send me a refund check for nearly 9 months now and no refund ever received. They disabled my account so that I can no longer even view the order/return history. This company is a bunch of liars and thieves! Buyer BEWARE!

I purchased heart worm medicine for my dog. It never arrived. They say it was delivered but I never got it. Every other company I've ever dealt with just re-sends (this doesn't happen much though, but occasionally). I called them when I didn't receive it and they told me it was delivered but that they would re-send it. I never got the medicine nor did anyone contact me. When I called again they said they wouldn't re-send or give me my money back. Do you want to risk the same experience?
