There are plenty of positive reviews here, some of them probably even genuine. But I can only go by my own experience, and my experience with this company has been appalling. The sales pitch was excellent, and we were eager to sign up, assured that we would make our money back within the first 4-5 years. With an outlay of about $14,000, we were expecting some serious cuts to our electricity bills (the sales guy had told us we could expect virtually ZERO dollars for our bills!). Well, the bills never changed. Still getting same amounts, plus now have to pay $117 every fortnight on top of these costs. And all the sales person could tell me when I complained about this was that, "the solar panels are doing what they are supposed to." Really? I find that hard to believe, because if that were the case we'd be seeing some indication of this system paying for itself by now. But with the only refunds we are currently getting being between $60-200 per quarter, I can't see it 'paying for itself' within the next century! Seriously, 'appalling' doesn't even come close to conveying our feelings right now. If you do decide to go with this company, pray you have a better experience than we did. But personally, I wouldn't trust these people to sit the right way on a toilet seat. I'd give them a zero rating if it was allowed...

Zojuist mijn wifi wachtwoord gewijzigd en ik kan met geen mogelijkheid de Envoy weer online krijgen. Ben al vier uur bezig en heb van alles geprobeerd. Wat een waardeloos systeem is dit zeg!! Ongelofelijk. Ik was zo positief over Enphase, maar dat is nu wel compleet verdwenen.

De service van de verkoop afdeling medewerker was prima dacht goed mee waardoor ik door kon gaan met werkzaamheden de envoy vervangen voor een metered model

J’ai installé 10 panneaux maxeon 6 en juin 2022 avec 10 micro onduleurs enphase. Aucun problème J’ai installé deux batteries enphase de 5 KWH chacune et 7 panneaux supplémentaires en février 2025. Autonomie totale (ou quasi car il y a un peu de courant résiduel qui passe 1 à 2 % ) en mai juin juillet et j’espère également août septembre et octobre. Pour l’instant j’ai appelé le SAV pour un problème de comptage erroné sur une journée. La correction fut effectuée sous trois jours comme indiqué par le technicien. Je suis donc pour l’instant totalement satisfait des produits enphase Micro onduleurs garantie 25 ans Batterie garantie 15 ans Panneaux maxeon garantie 40 ans Je recommande ces produits.

On m'a installé des panneaux photovoltaïques il y a une semaine. J'ai déjà sollicité le support à 2 reprises et les 2 fois, j'ai eu très rapidement une réponse à mon problème par des professionnels que je juge compétents.

Moin , seit 2,5!Monaten ist die Anlage auf Störung , ständig wird man vertröstet, Ersatzteile liegen jetzt seit 6 Wochen und warten auf den Einbau . Es ist Sommer , die Anlage sollte Ertrag bringen , so eine Firma ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen

Terrible products. Poor quality hardware, badly designed application, poor customer communication. I cannot understand this company is still in business. I have asked the installer to take out the batteries from my home the soonest. A theft. I have reached to the Enphase support team nearly ten times. Totally incapable to solve my issue. The batteries are still not discharging and I am still unable to change my profile on the Enphase application. I am still waiting for the Enphase support to call me back… total waste of money and time. I will reach out to the energy regulator. Enphase should not be allowed to continue selling their defective products in the UK.
