Purchased this system in 2020, it was a great thing to do, reduced electric bill next to nothing, helped the environment, very happy. Then, companies who sold the system went out of business (took the money and-ran), which left me with questions. However, Enphase stayed steady throughout the whole process of having an online system to monitor my system, helped trouble shoot problems, and when one of my micro inverters that went bad they helped send another under warrantee. The only issue is i had to find my own contractor to put it in. This should have been part of my warrantee in my opinion but needless to say, Enphase helped reboot the system, get the old info of my grid and put new info in so i can monitor it myself. Overall, love my solar panels, just not happy with rising energy cost, my electric bill keeps rising!

Voilà 4 ans que j'ai équipé ma maison de panneaux solaires avec micro onduleur sur chaque panneau ,j ai rajouté 2xpanneaux supplémentaires et l equipe d'enphase a toujours été disponible pour nous aider dans l installation .Encore récemment un technicien est intervenu à distance pour connecter la passerelle suite à un changement de fournisseur d acces internet. Je suis très satisfaite des produits et de leurs personnels

Our Enphase solar power & sunlight backup system has been functioning properly for more than two years. We can power our backup circuits when the grid is down and the sun is shining, including our 240v well pump. Happy with the system and associated app.

The product has performed superbly. The mere two times when connection was disrupted, staff was able to direct me by telephone to rapidly restore the system. No information was lost.

Utilisateur et auto installateur. J'ai deux systèmes que je gère moi meme. La systeme est simple a installer et a gerer. Service technique en Francais IMPECCABLE sur tous les points. Le support technique en anglais en dehors des heures de bureau accessible, qui aide et resout les problemes urgents en apportant de solutions efficaces mais clairement moins performant. La simplicité et la robustesse du système explique le prix. Par contre la gestion par IA du chauffe eau et de la batterie clairement pas encore au point.

Wednesday 9-30-26 Field Service Technician, Kevin Vazquez, checked my residential solar system for problems/issues. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the system, checking the electrical panel as well as the meter to insure that my 18 panels were working efficiently and transmitting good data. He assisted me with an Ohio Edison Customer Service inquiry to question if their meter was transmitting the correct data as well.

Très satisfait des produits Enphase faciles à installer. Deux bémols cependant : 1) Ayant voulu remplacer une batterie 3T par une batterie 5M en cédant la batterie 3T à un de mes ami, le SAV m'a indiqué que la garantie ne suivait pas le changement de propriétaire. C'est dommage car cela a stoppé l'achat d'une batterie plus puissante. 2) Depuis deux semaines, il arrive que ma batterie ne charge pas à 100% mais s’arrête de charger vers 98 à 99% alors que les panneaux solaires continus de fournir de manière excédentaire.
