After spending $40k on solar and battery with their latest system, we still need to go through a manual restart (turning off all breakers, cycling all batteries manually etc) every time the batteries drain down, even with a 25% battery reserve. They have not designed a system to work off grid.

Eigenlijk ben ik nu al anderhalf jaar zeer ontevreden. Ten eerstehebben ze installateurs die absoluut de boel NIET beheersen, zoals Verdasol in Almere. Ik heb een rechtzaak met ze lopen. Bijna brand gehad. Voordat we daar achter waren gekomen, heb ik herhaalde keren Enphase om hulp gevraagd, bijna nul. Wel af en toe een reactie, maar het leek meer om aan de bureaucratische verplichting te voldoen. Nu heb ik ze ongeveer 2 weken geleden gevraagd waarom onze zonnepanelen maar de helf opbrengen, terwijl ze goed schoon zijn....geen enkele reacte tot op de dag van vandaag. Ik heb reuze spijt in de investering van de accu's en controle apperatuur, wat ook weer meer dan 10000 was. Slechtste investering ooit.

An absolute joke of a company. Solar battery not worked for over 600 days, despite numerous calls and emails we are now told it will take a further 4-6 months at the earliest to sort out as they have an extremely long queue to replace faulty batteries.

Via Eneco een offerte aangevraagd voor een batterij. Binnen 3 dagen zou er contact met me opgenomen worden. We zijn ondertussen bijna 2 weken verder en nog steeds niets gehoord. Ook rechtstreeks via hun eigen klantenservice geen reactie. Ze zullen de klanten wel niet nodig hebben

System decided to simultaneously charge and discharge my batteries to the grid for no reason, consuming 76kwh of electricity in an empty house. Never seen anything like this before. This much power through the system could be dangerous, not to mention the cost and waste. Customer service was as terrible as ever. Initially stating it was a system change on the back end, then stating it wasn’t a system change. So somebody is lying! Enphase continues to be a real disappointment, huge financial loss and a cause of frustration and now genuine fear for safety. Such activities from a battery (76kwh charge and 74kwh discharge in a single 12hour window) cannot be good for these very expensive batteries.

Without power due to Hurricane on the Gulf Coast, paid big power for Enphase Battery Backup, and it is not working. When I need it the most, and it is sunning and the battery back system will not fully charge. Biggest waste of money I have every spent.

zeer slechte site en ook niet per telefoon te bereiken. pas een huis gekocht met zonnepanelen van Enphase, nu wil ik overdacht aanvragen. via de site gaat dit niet lukken zit in een loop. Per telefoon ook niet mogelijk. en waarom 180 euro betalen voor iets wat op MIJN dak ligt, raar.
