we got Enphase microinverters with two batteries put on our roof last spring and the installer walked us through the app. everything has run without a hiccup and I can see what each panel is making, the only thing is the app takes a minute to load sometimes. pretty happy with it overall.

$40k useless, not designed to work off grid
After spending $40k on solar and battery with their latest system, we still need to go through a manual restart (turning off all breakers, cycling all batteries manually etc) every time the batteries drain down, even with a 25% battery reserve.
They have not designed a system to work off grid.

In duidelijke nederlandse taal.
Super tevreden over Aaron.

Slechtste investering ooit.

An absolute joke of a company
An absolute joke of a company. Solar battery not worked for over 600 days, despite numerous calls and emails we are now told it will take a further 4-6 months at the earliest to sort out as they have an extremely long queue to replace faulty batteries.

In Calif and unhappy
We live in California and paid for a system about a year ago. 4 months ago (during the hottest part of summer) the batteries stopped working. When we first called, we were told they could do something over the internet and it was fixed. It was not. This carried on for a few weeks. They finally sent a tech out who said he had fixed the issue. He didn’t. We have made several calls and are always told someone will call us the following week…. They don’t. We call again and again. In the meantime, we have paid for a system that doesn’t work and so are also paying our electric company. As of today, we were told they cannot give us a time frame on when we should expect the issue to be resolved. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Purchased this system in 2020
Purchased this system in 2020, it was a great thing to do, reduced electric bill next to nothing, helped the environment, very happy. Then, companies who sold the system went out of business (took the money and-ran), which left me with questions.
However, Enphase stayed steady throughout the whole process of having an online system to monitor my system, helped trouble shoot problems, and when one of my micro inverters that went bad they helped send another under warrantee. The only issue is i had to find my own contractor to put it in. This should have been part of my warrantee in my opinion but needless to say, Enphase helped reboot the system, get the old info of my grid and put new info in so i can monitor it myself.
Overall, love my solar panels, just not happy with rising energy cost, my electric bill keeps rising!
