Moi j'ai du matériel Enphase depuis 2022 et j'en suis très content, ça fonctionne bien, voilà ce que j'ai à dire

I purchased my house with the solar panel, I have been calling Enphase for about 3 years to get the system going. They would walk me through the process to troubleshoot the system but I never get credited for the energy produced. Since the system kept failing I asked them to send a technician, it’s been months, Enphase would say called the installer, the installer would respond to call Enphase then Enphase said call Xcel Energy. They are saying now that they don’t send technician onsite, when I insisted they said that I have to pay because my warranty expired just a month ago (they never said that before and I never got the information about the warranty) This is a scam! Don’t fall for the so called solar panel system benefits. Now, this system is on my roof doing nothing. After paying off the system, Enphase said: if you don’t want to use the system anymore just call your installer. This is ridiculous!

Excellente expérience, nous n'avons rencontré aucune difficulté. Lors d'un changement de livebox nous avons été amenés à prendre contact avec l'assistance et l'accompagnement a été à la hauteur de toutes nos attentes ! Emphase assure un suivi de la production et c'est très plaisant !

Application très pratique, intuitive. Seul Bémol, quand il faut comparer deux périodes précises, c'est plus compliqué.....

Personne au téléphone a l'écoute du disfonctionnement en cours. A répondu à mes attentes, voir plus. Ma fourni la documentation et schéma de branchement pour résoudre mon problème. Très bien sur tout notre échange.
