I found out about empress Mimi on an instagram ad, even though I don't normally buy from ads, I was glad I brought from this company. Their lingerie products are sexy, high quality, and very comfortable with out the annoying bra underwire that digs into your chest. I want to wear it all day everyday. I got their 3 month queen subscription box and received their Foxy Cleopatra set for the first order. The set was high quality and beautiful, loved it so much I purchased the extra accessories that came with it. The bra top size felt a little big and didn't look as flattering, so I asked for a replacement in a smaller size and they sent me one with no extra change while i could keep the original. Mia helped me out in constant email communication and the customer service was great. Will be buying more products from them!

Received my first box this month, I had used the size chart to figure out my size but ended up getting it wrong (my bad I tend to err on the side of bigger). I requested a smaller size but then forgot to request a smaller size for the suspender belt. I contacted customer service and they got back to me very promptly and sorted it all out for me. I received the Foxy Cleopatra and cannot wait until I get the smaller size! Great quality lingerie and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend! I ordered a specific set of lingerie (not a subscription box) on a Saturday afternoon. My order was shipped on the following Tuesday. I received my order the Tuesday after that. I paid extra for a tracking number, but my order was shipped without one. I communicated with Empress Mimi and they immediately replied and refunded me for the tracking add-on. I was worried because reviews brought up delivery issues with oversea orders (I'm in the middle of nowhere Quebec, Canada), but I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order in 10 days. Receiving my pretty box earlier than expected made my day! Thanks Empress Mimi!
