The quality of the lingerie is nice... but the delivery is terrible. The customer service is unhelpful. They automatically renew your subscription, and the cancellation process is arduous. It’s a real shame... what should have been a positive gift for my wife just turned into a monumental pain.

First set was perfect, second was a completely different fit and completely ignored when trying to create a return. Total waste of money

Terrible customer service. I received the wrong size and when I inquired about it they did not even respond. I’ve now emailed three times without response.

Didn’t get my tracking number, but Mia was helpful and refunded the shipping. The package arrived safe and sound and I love it.

I placed a bigger order about a month ago and have received confirmation and promise of shipment in about 2-5 working days. Since then, the company went silent. They do not answer the questions placed in the contact form nor the email I have sent inquiring over the promised shipment. There is an option of contacting the company on Facebook, but I just received an automated response - apparently they do not answer customers' questions via the messenger. What means they do use to contact the client, remains a mystery, which I have yet to resolve. It seems I have been ghosted by empress mimi.

COVID is a tough situation for a lot of businesses right now. I was excited to receive my package, but unfortunately due to logistics and border closures/delays in shipping, etc, I wasn't able to get my empress mimi! The customer service team (shout out to Mia) were nothing but understanding and wonderful. They made the experience that much better, sorting a refund for me without issue. That small act of kindness and understanding has ensured that once things stabilise a little more in shipping, I'll be back to buy some beautiful, ethical lingerie from Empress Mimi. Empress Mimi magical touch! I just want to say how grateful I am to have discovered this wonderful company with beautiful and UNIQUE products. Finally lingerie that is as comfortable as it is pretty. Customer service is beyond good... their patience and care in helping me over the last few months which have difficult for everyone all over. This small company deserves a 10/10 rating for service and quick resolution of problems and effective action taken. I love that it's a woman owned company. Kindness and creativity are evident in every message and exchange with their team. I am definitely sharing to my friends that this company is awesome. Everything sent is beautiful and comfortable and fit perfectly. I just love the packaging, it’s a detail but tiny details matter. I had a delivery problem and they really listened to my suggestions, changed to regular German/French postal service rather than Fedex, much better in France. I received every shipment now and I expect I will be ordering again soon!
