They say you can return an item, but they don’t let you. My item arrived late, it was incredibly flimsy and I tried to return it and they “rejected” my return despite it meeting all requirements and gave no reason why. Don’t buy from here. It’s flimsy, feels cheap and has loose threads everywhere. And they won’t actually let you return.

I was excited about a full set of lingerie that caught my eye. I ordered it, and everything was great until 9 days after I ordered it. The order was inexplicably delayed, and when it finally moved (after spending at least a week in an entirely different state), it was sent to the wrong address. I have offered proof that it was not on the part of the post office or myself. Now I am out almost $300, I'm being ignored via both their customer service email AND the help chat on their website. I am going to look into getting my credit card to refund this, because what should've been just a treat has become an absolute chore. Edit: I am letting my dispute with the credit card company go through. All of the responses I've gotten are incredibly sterile and copy/pasted, feels more like an AI chatbot than an actual human. Not to mention, all of the responses came at once, well after I reached out in the first place. Upon further investigation, I am feeling like I have dodged a bullet with this company, as there's reviews going back years about the quality versus the price and the absolutely mind-boggling delays in response from customer service.

Never arrived. Cancelled it all. And customer service is so awful. The usps link I got is useless customer service won’t contact them. Just. Garbage. They argued the charge back. And wrote on this trust pilot. But still didn’t respond to my email. So just to be clear. I have no items. And I’m out several hundred dollars

Poor inventory tracking. Store sells inventory they don't actually have and failed to update it on multiple items. Standard procedure is to refund to original payment instead of sending a bunch of emails for each item and default to worthless store credit.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had an event to attend so over a month prior, I ordered an outfit from empress mimi for nearly $300. A week later, I got a message that they were out of an item in my size. They said they could give me a different size or they could give me store credit. I asked what sizes they had and confirmed I would take a different size. I never got an answer. I emailed several more times over the span of two weeks. By this point, I knew that I would not get the item in time for my event. They never answered my messages, never refunded my money, never sent my order. I had to call my bank to get my money back. I'm deeply disappointed and I don't have anything to wear to this event because I spent so much on my order.

I bought a lingerie set from them and received a "congrats on your first order" email but never received an actual purchase confirmation, nor did I receive any shipping info despite paying for tracked shipping. I checked my profile with them and it had my order as being "unfulfilled." I emailed them requesting the information for my order and never received a response. Over a week later now, my order says "fulfilled" but I havent received my order or any information pertaining to it. I've sent them a second email and if I don't hear from them in a week I'm filing a charge back to my card. I've never had a company have such a horrible lack of responsiveness and not even sending an order confirmation.

I never received half of my order and they are not responding to any of my emails. I spent $50 on a FULL SET and only got the bra and choker. Very disappointed and want my money back.

I have ordered a few times from them before with no issues, but it's been awhile. In the past the lingerie comes in a nice sturdy box each set on their own. This time I have received the items packed in cheap plastic film bags, and my queen box item that they picked for me is one that I have filled in that questionnaire that I do not want, and it's currently on sale and half the price of what I paid for. Edit on 26/01/2025: I have already contacted Empress Mimi via their website prior to posting the review, and emailed them after as advised by their reply on this review, they have neither responded nor refunded me. Edit on 10/02/2025: I was offered another set as compensation but they have none of the ones I want in stock. I was then offered store credit instead which I have agreed to, and asked how long the credit would be valid for. It's been another 2 weeks since, I haven't received any reply nor any store credit.
