Original review below. They have now corrected the issue and apologised. I have requested to cancel my subscription 3 times, as I have now twice been charged after cancelling. My subscription says inactive on their website, and yet they are still charging me and sending items to an address I no longer live at or have any access to! I cannot get hold of them to sort this out.

Jezza was very helpful with all my inquiries about my package. She even sent me all the protocols around replacing items. She helped me process my refund and did it extremely quickly.
