I needed to exchange a few items due to sizing issues. The customer service team were amazing in assisting me, especially Lola with whom I most communicated with. She was prompt with her replies and very professional and friendly. I already loved the clothing but it's always nice when a company has a great team behind them as well.

Without prompting, your staff noticed I had been sent a set I already had received in my subscription, and sent me a new set without even being prompted. When I received the order notification, I reached out, confused because I had simply assumed EM didn’t have any other varieties of sets left- so I was worried there was some kind of mistake. Mia was very helpful in explaining that it was purposeful customer service & basically guaranteed that I’m going to be returning as a subscriber come the New Year.
