I have been purchasing 4 or 5 items from them now, both with the mistery box method and regular purchase. The quality of the sets is so good and they have the nicest taste! The big plus of the company goes to the customer service though! Every time you receive an email or send one, you get 1 to 1 replies, knowing that you have someone yoi are directly talking to on the other side. Also, they are super effective and reply in no time. Alao also, great refund and exchange policies! Love this company and their philosophy to bits!

Mia was once again extremely helpful. It is such a relief knowing that whenever there is any confusion on my part about my subscription or order, my queries will be met with kindness and patience. I have had to briefly pause my subscription to save up a bit for the next box, but the wonderful customer service is definitely a huge factor in my wanting to come back again. The products themselves are wonderful too, they are the main reason I'll shop here again, but it's still been a massive relief that the customer service at Empress Mimi is so warm and friendly.

Nice box, nice staff, garbage quality product. Don’t waste your money. Just go to your local bras n things or wait for a sale on lingerie and you’ll get far better quality. It’s cheap, badly made stuff that fits badly. I’m a size 8 and it was all badly fitting, because it’s cheaply made. My second box arrived with the stitching undone and coming apart. Made in China by underpaid factory workers. It’s a no from me.
