I know your team has heard a lot from me (probably more than they’d like), so it is really special that I continue to consistently experience superb customer service. It can be difficult to justify treating yourself to something indulgent like this every month, but your awesome team makes it easy. Melissa was magnificent in managing my request to help complete a replacement that I was waiting to be re-stocked. I had a pretty complex issue with my order (not really anyone's fault - just different issue to a normal return) and Mia was able to sort it with calm, competant communication. The size guarantee return process is a bit confusing with all the different wizards to fill out, but the agent got it figured out in the end. I think what happened was the second set was shipped before the other arrived so I ended up with 2 in the wrong size. It does take a bit to figure out the right size because the different styles are sized very different as well. Now just to wait for the website restock to use the exchange credit and get a replacement set.
