I've been subscribing to this company for some time know and I can genuinely say I've loved every set I've received so far! Had some questions for customer service and Mia was so helpful and quick to respond.

This company is horrendous! They have no idea where my package is, I have spent $400AUD to this company for nothing. You can buy more, actually no I can’t I don’t have the money. I am so upset 😭 they no comprehension of how this impacts people and don’t do anything to change it. Except throw there hands up and blame the buyer.

I got an email about a discount on the kira set and robe. I did just receive the kira set in my queen box 2 weeks ago but love that robe. The staff was amazing in helping me and gave me the discount on just the robe. Very happy and impressed with the company!

Clear and helpful I ordered the Cassandra set and I’m so eager to receive it. Unfortunately, due to worldwide shipping delays, I haven’t received it after a month. I contacted the team to ask when I should expect it and Jurie directed me to the page I could find the usual shipping times but also gave me an idea of how long other customers in my country had recently waited. Communication was prompt and professional and even though I’m still yet to receive my order, I’m more than likely ordering more simply because of the customer service.
