Jezza assisted me with a delivery that never got ordered. While I am upset about this, they provided me with tracking for the second expected delivery, as well as a proper refund for the undelivered items. They were polite and patient with the situation, and very willing to help.

Had an issue with sizing, and the customer service team (thanks Elle!) were absolutely brilliant. Issue was dealt with swiftly, staff were excellent, cannot recommend enough.
