I don't think it is easy to order lingerie online and get the sizing correct, however the team at Empress try really hard to facilitate a good experience. I have to say that the lingerie I have from them is my favourite ever.

I was in contact with Jezza at Empress Mimi over email to inquire about an exchange that was taking a while to be processed and then also when one of my exchange returned items went missing. Jezza got my returns processed and the replacements mailed out and regarding the missing item, she checked into the warehouse files and found there had been an error in checking my missing item in so she was able to follow up with the appropriate action and have my newly recognised "missing" return item shipped out immediately in the right size. She transformed an experience of delay and confusion into a demonstration of exceptional guess service, and renewed my confidence to continue shopping at Empress Mimi.
