Mia was awesome in helping me cancel my order when I accidentally hit the wrong button while "window shopping" and ordered a set. I'll definitely be ordering another set again once I replenish my Empress Mimi budget! 😉

Absolutely wonderful!! I’m in love with this subscription. The underwear sets are gorgeous and they come in beautiful boxes with a little card with the inspiration for it. They fit so comfortably and are adjustable. Also great customer service! I had an issue with a size and it was promptly resolved by a caring person who helped me understand what size I needed. Thank you!!

Ordering was simple. Communication was great. Tracking stopped once the order arrived in Canada, so I had reached out as it had not arrived within the two days of its estimated delivery date (as per the notification I received). Customer service was wonderful. They provided me with new tracking details (it did not appear to be updated with the shipping company, but that’s not an Empress Mimi issue) and asked that I stay in contact to close the communication loop. Very prompt, kind and considerate. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be a return customer in the future.

Jezza was very pleasant to work with and incredibly helpful! She went so far as to help get me an invoice to make it easier for me to order the products I was looking for due to my limited vision. Her communication was prompt and very pleasant! I’m very impressed with her customer service and her friendly demeanour When I ran into difficulty getting a credit applied she made sure that everything was taken care of, and even though we were communicating through text she had a warm personality that made the whole experience very enjoyable Thank you so much for the wonderful support
