There was a problem with my tracking and I contacted the customer service team, they got back to me very promptly and helped me by supplying a new tracking number. I’be not received my first box as yet but if the customer service is anything to go by I’d say I’ll be happy when it arrives.

I canceled my subscription service more than a year ago. Months after canceling they sent something hideous to my ex’s house and charged my credit card. Can you imagine how uncomfortable that was? As soon as I got the email I told them to cancel it. This was around November or December. They said it was too late. Now it’s June. I cancelled this subscription ages ago. They somehow charged my credit card over $300 even though they don’t have my current address. I’ve emailed them as they’re in the office to charge my card and received no response. Very shady. Not once but twice. I just want them to leave me alone. Give me my money back from these unauthorized transactions (November and today) and delete my card information. Had the crap I bought from them had not already disintegrated I probably would burn it.
