My package was returned to sender. For some reason the courier did not deliver the package or a notice to my home (which I had received an empress mimi package at before). Empress Mimi reached out to let me know and gave me a refund. I asked if instead they could resend my package as I wanted everything I had ordered. The customer service and kindness is amazing. They respond so quickly and always make me smile. I’m so excited for this Empress Mimi package to finally arrive. I love everything I own so far.

Great product, I was a little weary before I recieved my first Empress mimi subscription box last month but I was delighted when it came. Pretty packaging and it all fit perfectly! The material used is stunning, I cant wait for the suprise each month.

Jezza helped me sort out the mystery of the 10 Venus panties that were delivered to me in place of a different Venus order (Mia also helped).
