Packing materials were not sufficient to protect the file cabinet during shipping. There are at least 2 noticeable dents, one on the top right back corner and one at the left edge near the top drawer. In addition, 2 of the drawers had come off the glides. I was able to remount one, but the other is not working properly. There were no casters included, as was mentioned on-line. I am awaiting Empire Imports' response regarding making this right.

Hello Erik, Thank you very much for your order and for taking a moment to leave a review for us here on TrustPilot. We have just received the Email you had sent concerning the damaged cabinet and Tara will be in contact with you today to organize the damage claim and reshipment. I am very sorry that your merchandise was damaged by the shipping carrier on it's way across the country to you. We work very hard with our manufacturing partner in The UK to ensure that the Bisley File Cabinets are packaged well enough for their world wide travels. Sadly when items travel via Ships,Trains, Planes and Trucks sometimes damage can occur. We stand behind our products completely though and are here to help. The Rolling Casters are an additional item available for purchase through our web site. Let Tara know when she calls you if you would like to place an order for casters and we can include them with your new Cabinet we will be sending. In the future, for the fastest service possible you are invited to call us Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm EST at 1-800-544-4744 or use our Live Chat service available through our web site www.empireimports.com during business hours. I once again apologize that the item was damaged. Regards, Sandra Stevens Empire Imports Customer Service
