When the box arrived I thought I would be in trouble ... but the binders were in good shape. Because of the high price (in Germany they are only 25% of that price) I would recommend to box them better. But anyway I'm glad you sell them. Thank you.

I live in the U.S. I get it--it'll take longer to get my items. However, I've received two e-mails now suggesting I should have already received my order. I sent an e-mail yesterday asking for an update and only got an e-mail back saying someone look into it. I gave my order number...it should be easy to plug it in and tell me where my order is or when I can expect it. The inability to give an up-to-date status of an order, to me, is unacceptable. UPDATE: Empire reached out to me and we have everything sorted out. Apparently there were a significant amount of technological errors, which made it seem (to me) that my order had not been shipped. I have now had it confirmed that it has been shipped and should be delivered shortly. Further, the customer service I received has been exceptional. International companies are bound to have issues, but those that deal with little glitches with grace, poise, and respect are a-okay in my book. Well done, Empire. Thank you.
