Hello Marine, Thank you very much for your order with Empire Imports and for sharing your review for us on Trust Pilot. We apologize for the delay of your order. The 3-Flap Folders you have ordered are a new item that we added from our supplier in Germany. There was much more demand for them than we anticipated. Because they travel from so far away, when we sell out it does cause longer than desirable back orders. I am also sorry that we did not reach you with updated information. We do try to personally reach out to all of our customers when there is a back ordered item or if there will be a longer delay than expected. Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate it. I will reach out to you soon to discuss the details of your order. Kind Regards, Sandra Stevens Empire Imports Customer Service

Hello Sherry, Thank you very much for your order with Empire Imports and for taking the time to share a review for us on Trust Pilot. We depend on feedback from our customers to always improve the products we offer and the service we provide. We strive to bring hard to find innovative items from around the world to our customers. When there is unexpected demand and something sells out the lead time for back orders can be longer than we would like. Your input will be used to help us do better.
