It is not always an easy process for us to accurately establish what the duties and fees will be once a customer's order arrives to the border. We do our best to express that to the customer prior to them making the purchase or before processing the order. We will certainly look into offering US Postal services for our Canadian customers, especially on smaller purchases. In the future, do not hesitate to reach out to us as we will always reach out to UPS to try and expedite the process for you as well. Hello Yonis, Thank you very much for your purchase with Empire Imports. I am very sorry to hear about the trouble you have had. We do ship to our neighbors to the North in Canada. We list on our web site clearly that there are always duties and fees that may be imposed for Canadian shipments. We also reach out to our customers personally to make sure they are aware of this. I see a notation that we did contact you prior to shipment to make sure that you were aware that International orders have additional fees. I do still apologize for any issues you may have had. Hello Marine, Thank you very much for your order with Empire Imports and for sharing your review for us on Trust Pilot. We apologize for the delay of your order. The 3-Flap Folders you have ordered are a new item that we added from our supplier in Germany. There was much more demand for them than we anticipated. Because they travel from so far away, when we sell out it does cause longer than desirable back orders. I am also sorry that we did not reach you with updated information. We do try to personally reach out to all of our customers when there is a back ordered item or if there will be a longer delay than expected. Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate it.
