Great box for my cat, keeps the smell away and litter in the box. Customers service is pretty much no existent but box is great!!

Needed a litter tray for our two British Shorthair kittens. Got a traditional one as that is what they were used to at the breeders. Didn't fancy scooping poop on a regular basis; been there, done that! So got ELS PET Smart litter tray a few days after the kittens and they were very curious & happy to use it straight away. Being tiny, they weren't heavy enough for the tray to sense their weight. We used the tray unplugged until then, plugging in to rake after they'd used it. It is a huge success for them and for us! Customer service slow to respond, but keen to resolve any queries. Recommended.

I love this litter robot it has been a game changer. No more scooping everyday and no more smell!! I change the bag one a week and do a full litter box clean once a month. Both of my cats love it and were using it only 2 days after setting it up. I can’t recommend this litter robot enough it is well worth the money.

I love the self cleaning Litterbox from Elspet. I don't like to lean because of my back pain and this litterbox made my life so much easier. This is a game changer. I just don't need to worry about cleaning the litter box 3 or 4 times per day, I configure it and it works on its own. I told my boss about it and he got one for himself as well. So far he loves it. I haven't had an issue with it. The only thing I would change is the foam replacements and make them on silicone, that way they could be non-porous and washable in case they get dragged by the digger inside after the cat scratches inside the box.

I ordered two litter boxes that were lost in shipping. After some back and forth they refunded the order which was very helpful. I ordered again off Amazon and the litter box worked great except the foam pieces coming out of the side, which made the litter go everywhere on the floor, but then three days later the door stopped closing and it was still trying to clean. So not only did it not clean but it could have injured my cat. I will be returning this box to Amazon where I ordered it. I gave them two stars just because they did make it right originally and refunded the two orders in full.

You know why you can’t find a bad review on their website? Because they control it and don’t allow bad reviews to be posted. I left a bad review regarding their nightmare customer service and return policy but it was “pending approval” and was never posted.

Received, not working, this was in November of 2023. Still not resolved. Paid through PP and still no response, other than spend them a video , of a machine that does not work ????

Stopped working after a month. I've emailed customer service and keep getting the same response over and over. When I respond with the information they request, I get the original email. They have a 90-day guarantee and so far they have not honored it.
