Everything Works. My kitten took to it straight away. I can only get the App to work on My daughters I phone. It tells us when the kitten uses the toilet and we have learned that she uses the toilet literally the same time every day . I empty the poop bag over 5 day period. The only time their is a smell is when I empty the poop bag.

Nachdem dort eine sehr kurze Lieferzeit für EU Länder angegeben war, habe ich mich nach 10 Tagen erkundigt, wie der Status meiner Bestellung sei. Nachdem ich einige Tage später noch immer keine Information hatte und bereits 14 Tage nach der Bestellung vergangen waren, habe ich daraufhin die Bestellung storniert und um sofortige Rücküberweisung des Betrages auf das Konto meiner Kreditkarte gebeten. Nach einigen Tagen, erhielt ich eine E-Mail, in der nur nachgefragt wurde, warum ich das Produkt nicht haben wolle und ich es mir noch einmal überlegen sollte (E-Mail war sehr schwer lesbar, da die Sätze nicht wirklich korrekt formuliert waren, automatische Übersetzung o.ä. wird hier wohl verwendet worden sein.) Ich schickte nochmals die Aufforderung zur Stornierung und Rücküberweisung des Betrages. Einige Tage später erreichte mich ein ähnlich verwirrendes E-Mail und die Androhung eines Abzuges von 2,7 % Transaktionsgebühren. Auf ein weiteres E-Mail von mir wurde gar nicht mehr reagiert und wir haben unsere Rechtsabteilung beauftragt, die Kreditkartenabbuchung wieder rückgängig zu machen, dies wurde im Jänner 2024 dann auch durchgeführt. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Placed order and put in wrong shipping address. There is no phone number to call and 3 different emails addresses. I emailed all 3 and zero response, so it looks like my order will be going to the wrong place.

Terrible company do not buy based in China and will not uphold 90 day policy. Getting ahold of them is even harder. My cats wouldn't use it and they wouldn't respond forever and when they finally did they just said try these things that didn't work or had already tried. Wanted to send back and they made some bogus reasons like it would cost you money to send back and you should just keep trying. This company sucks so please save your money. Product had some broken pieces when delivered as well.

They deserve zero stars; do not trust this company. They say what they do not do. In their warranty and service policy, they claim to respond to your message within a maximum of 12 hours if you encounter any issues with the device. Do not believe them because they never respond to you or if you are lucky they will respond min after 10 days. Additionally, the device does not clean properly. I have been deceived by this product.

Stopped working after a month. Rake got stuck when the door didn't close, and after troubleshooting many things, door will no longer close. Litter gets everywhere and the red inserts just fall out. Customer service is non existent. So frustrating. Buyer beware!
