Fast shipping. Leaks litter when it cleans just placed a plastic chair mat. Not a lot of room for cat. Litter pan is not deep replacing litter every other day. Disappointed in quality of the box. Regret getting it

We’ve had ours for just over a month. With 3 cats this thing has been a life saver! I don’t know why we didn’t do it sooner. It does take a little getting used to like how much cat litter to fill it with and how often the bag needs changed but it is 100% worth it.

I have always wanted a self cleaning box, I have 5 cats and with my back it's hard to always bend down to scoop. I have had to completely clean this thing 5 times and I haven't even had it a month. I am using a normal clumping litter from Walmart but just ordered a bentonite litter as that is what is recommended. Hopefully it helps. I have it set to clean every 7 minutes bc we have so many cats. I also have a cat that loves water and pees alot and it may just not be able to handle my Lucy. Will try for one more month and if it still continues yes will return. It's not a bad box but I wouldn't say for up to 5 cats...maybe 3

Fast shipping. I read the reviews AFTER purchasing this product and was a little skeptical due to bad reviews. I will say so far so good as ive only had this robot for less than a week. The only thing i don't like is having to change the trash bag more frequently but i do not mind as i have more than 3 cats. The odor trapping definitely works as my room has no smell. I do have to manually clean it due to clumps of urine getting stuck at the bottom but once again i also have more than 3 cats so its not that big of an issue. Overall i give it 4 stars due to some things i dont love, hopefully it lasts up to its price.

Nice unit - but not fantastic. We’ve had our unit for about 1 month. Unlike a lot of reviews, our cats didn’t immediately take to it - they didn’t like the tofu litter. We were able to transition them after about 1 week. The unit is a little louder than some when cycling but not bad. Love the door that closes. It helps keep the dog out and the smell in. The biggest drawback for us with 2 cats the waste receptacle is a bit small and can get a little smelly. Purchased on sale and overall happy with the unit.

This letter robot is pure trash. You’re better off with buying the top of the line product. It claims that it gets rid of cat holder, but it does not matter fact it’s worse because it is sitting in the chamber closed up and there’s nothing up there to help combat the odor, even a little so-called light down at the bottom I really don’t believe it’s anything but just lighting it up like a nightlight the little green light I am constantly having to try different types of litter to see how it works so far steel odor. I have emailed customer service twice and have not heard back from them, please don’t waste your time or money!!!

Our cat took to it right away when we put some of his used litter in it. It was fairly easy to put together and pair with the app. The only bad thing is that it’s hard to see inside where the litter levels are, and hard to add litter that I bought in a square box.. I have to dump it in a bag and then into the litter box area. I also wish the app provided a little more information, like the cats weight, etc.

I was quite excited to get this, hoping to solve my litter box odor. I got the Elspet by mail at a time when I was out of the city. This was an issue as else packed only allows a certain amount of time to return it or replace it. When I got home and tried to put it together, I struggled with the instructions. On YouTube video. Helped a lot. I had content else. Pat by email and they did respond but the time they responded I already had assembled the else pet. As directed, I filled it with clumping litter up to the line designated. And a couple of days my cat did get into the elspot to use it. However, the else pet rake did not pick up the solid waste and put it into the litter box with the bag around it. So, I bought another knew, more expensive type of litter. Still, the elf. Pat has not picked up the clumps of cat waste. I have had to daily scoop the litter out of the narrow opening. A $5 litter box from Walmart would be more convenient. I am so disappointed. I have never heard back again from Elspet after I reached out to them a second time.
