Hi Galeh, We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the RV and how upsetting the situation felt. That’s not the level of reliability or support we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating these concerns must have been during your trip. We’re reviewing the maintenance and inspection process for this vehicle to ensure it meets the standards our guests expect. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
