Hi Genaro, We’re very sorry that you and your family went through such a stressful experience. It’s especially upsetting to hear that it felt like no one acknowledged your safety or how frightening the situation was for your kids. You should always feel that your well‑being comes first, and we’re sorry that wasn’t the experience you had. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be reviewing this with our team to ensure we handle situations like this with much more care and empathy. Thank you for taking the time to share what happened.

Hi Annette, We’re glad to hear the RV had the space your family needed, but we’re sorry the issues you experienced made parts of the trip uncomfortable. The issues you experienced are not the level of reliability we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We appreciate you sharing both the positives and the challenges. Feedback like this helps us improve the comfort and performance of our vehicles for future guests.

Hi Wilfried, We’re very sorry to hear that the van wasn’t in the condition you expected and that you weren’t able to get the support you needed when you called. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a difficult door and no helpful guidance. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be reviewing this with our team to improve both our vehicle checks and our customer support responsiveness. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Hi Jerome, We’re very sorry the RV wasn’t in the condition we strive to provide. A broken seat belt, loose hardware, and a key that failed so quickly are not acceptable, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to go so long without a properly working side door. You should always feel supported when something goes wrong, and we’re sorry that wasn’t your experience. Your feedback matters, and we’ll be reviewing this with our team to improve both our vehicle quality checks and our responsiveness. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
