The booking process and staff were very helpful and courteous. The departure and arrival went well. I think a quick start guide to the heating and water would have been handy On the negative, our biggest issue was that the gray water assembly was in the middle of the van and 3 inches above the ground. This meant that when we had to divert off the highway due to roadworks, the assembly hit a bump, causing the hose to fall out, go under the wheel and rip the entire thing off the truck. I was charged $350 for the pleasure! This is a clear and evident design flaw and should not be a renter expense. Also, the floor of the rv was notable dirty.

Great deal on a one-way special! I've told several friends to monitor the El Monte RV offerings as they get booked frequently. Simple to search website with a good amount of detail. Easy booking process over the phone. (The operator kindly followed-up on an existing deposit credit to apply it to my rental balance.) Check-out in Dallas was thorough. Return in Denver was straight-forward.

It was a great experience everybody at the location, very experience in dealing with the campers and the customers. The In-N-Out experience was very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone. The manager, Elena was very knowledgeable and helpful.
