Most products are really good, but God does their shipping policy suck! I made an order on the 13th of November, was given the estimate that it would be delivered on Monday the 25th (12 days later), then it was pushed to a Tuesday, and now it's saying Friday the 29, a whole 16 days after I made the order, and I'm not even sure if it's gonna come by then because the date keeps getting pushed back. This isn't my first experience with their bad shipping, but last time it wasn't this bad either. I don't even live somewhere remote; I live in southern Canada, and, for context, I made another order on PerfumeDeals that exact same day as ELF, and it shipped on the 20th. Edit: now the delivery date has been pushed back again to Monday December 2nd.

I bought a matte lip colour and it was a really accurate colour to the advertised picture. Super cheap and fast shipping. Really enjoyed buying from E.L.F

Slow shipping, and my latest order the majority of it was cancelled. It didn't show the products out of stock, and these items were on sale at a discounted price, but they only filled my $1.50 eyebrow pencil. This is unprofessional and annoying. I will not be purchasing any more elf products, hello wet n wild! I will just order from them from now on. Sub-par customer service. I am so mad at not receiving all the discounted items I ordered. Never again. I would advise you to either buy in-store or not at all. Their online store is a joke, and they take forever to ship. SO disappointed in Elf.

Lipstick, contour, concealer and eye shadow on a friends recommendation (my makeup bag got stolen!). The eye shadow while a nice colour has a lot of fall and if wearing it all day at the end of the day has clumped. The concealer is really thick which would be great for someone who is conscious of there skin, but going for a more natural look under your eyes the concealer cracks and makes you look cakey. To use it you would need to have night cream as a base. The contour is okay. It is the only product I am actually going to use until I finish it. The Lipstick duo set, great colours but when it arrived the stick was stuck to the lid. Once I got it off and into the original tube, it was completely unusable. I email the E.L.F customer support team about this and they have followed up and offered me a replacement.

Love Elf cosmetics just wish they did lip liners as they are my favourite!! Foundation is amazing for my skin as I suffer from outbreaks.. I use the acne fighting foundation. The prices are so good also!! Such a good brand and also what they stand by because a lot of makeup brands don’t promote that they are anti testing on animals (Which all brands should enforce). Also wish they would send me lots of makeup to try out ! 💖

After a long search for truly cruelty-free cosmetics I am delighted to have discovered these guys (Peta accreditation too...you can't get much more hardcore than that on the anti-cruelty front!). What's brilliant though, is the range of very innovative products which are top top top quality - tried most of them now - and can honestly say every one is as good, or often significantly better (e.g. mascara, highlighter, foundations, eyeliners to name a few) as anything more well-known and cruelty-FULL and multiple times the price. Don't be put off if you don't appear to be their target market which looks like 14-25 yrs...these products work just great on maturer skin. Another huge bonus is that the prices will take you back to your youth if you are an older customer...I remember paying these prices in the 90s - absolutely unbeatable value. This is it for me now - the gold standard of ethics, value, and quality. Plus it's great fun having a little box of fab goodies arrive for the cost of one premium-priced mascara! Well done elf...love you!

New formulation lip exfoliator -- cheap, cheap, cheap. Waste of money. Mint. No flavor. No exfoliance. Waste of money. I will never buy again. Bring back old formula.

I love your product. Price can’t be beat. I tried one product and have since gone back and replaced my entire make up bag with elf products. Keep up the excellent work. You have a permanent customer here. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
