I just got mascara from store, opened it and was really clumpy. This is the second time. Love everything that I usually get but going to have to find another brand for mascara.

item still not delivered, almost three weeks. No order number as the website crashed. Funds have been taken from my account. Can someone please contact me as I believe this is a fraudulent website

Last week I bought 2 boxes of under eye patches for puffy eyes from ELFCOSMETICS.COM I used a set they kept falling off. I used a second set same thing. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch. I also bought 2 under eye rollers for puffy dark circles one for me and one for hubby. Mine won’t roll. I called customer service and explained. Terri told me this: WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS” I said “Excuse me, what?” She said (and repeated the same thing) OK bye! I don’t know why I didn’t ask for a manager??? I guess I was just to upset by the response I received. No wonder they are so inexpensive! This is why. I have one ELF product I bought in store. A brush. So thanks so much for your help!! Never* ever*ever *ever* heard of a company that doesn’t help you with an exchange or refund. EVER. Is this a new thing now a days? I don’t know and I don’t care. ELF COSMETICS CaN Go fLy A kITe 🪁

I Love e.l.f Cosmetics when ever I order I order two of what ever I purchased so that I and my Daughter Ky have the same of whatever I purchased the only issue I have is when you order a certain amount of products then e.l.f., give you an option to choose a products from a list to get for free from purchasing a certain amount of product and I never recieved what I chosen during checkout procedure.

Fabulous customer service. My first parcel didn't arrive however after speaking with the customer service team, my order arrived today and I just love the products. Great prices and not tested on animals which is very important to me. I'll definitely be buying more.

I simply Love e.l.f. cosmetics!!..I like to do natural glam looks and their products are great for that!..The Pigmentation on the eyeshadows are unbelievably good..Especially at low-affordable price points. I've been shopping this brand for over 5 years now!..that speaks volumes!..Just received my recent delivery and the packaging is Adorable! Worth Every Penny!! Wella Novee♡

i made two orders on the same day, one from elf and one from too faced. i received a shipping email from elf the next day and the estimated arrival date was 8 days. i received my elf package 3 days later. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 on the same day i received my shipping email from too faced, and i found out that half the items i ordered went out of stock in the meantime. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻im not bothering with anyone but elf again honestly considering the quality of both brands are comparable.
