Absolutely terrible ordered 8 items and they sent 8 completely wrong items none of the items I ordered was included and dark skinned and ever single product I received was light beige.. I've sent several emails to get this sorted and absolutely ignored. I go away on wednesday so I know it will not be sorted by then. I will have to open a case with paypal to get a refund on my items. This is supposeto be a reputable company. It is anything but. It's like someone chucked a bunch of stuff in a box and sent out.

After reading the other reviews ( after I had already ordered ) I was feeling a bit regretful. I chose E.l.f due to the cruelty free policy and was really hoping this transaction would be smooth. However the service is fantastic. Good communication, quick delivery and great products. I will certainly be buying again.

Good quality but bad shipping

Everything was great at first. My package was supposed to be here on the 18th, one week after ordering. On the 17th I checked and the date changed to the 19th. When I checked that day the package was at a facility a couple hours from me and arrived that morning. But they disnt deliver it I check this morning, the 20th, and now it said it left my state and is in the neighboring state now even though it was already right here and now will not be delivered till the 21st. Waste of time and money, you're way better off ording another brand or just going on to the store.

I ordered on the 22nd. Today is the 4th. Today i get a message saying that carrier lost my package. Well maybe if you only sent it with one we might avoid these issues. Customer service, horrible. Barbara the manager asked if I wanted a refund. NO, I want what I ordered and my gift. Will never order from them again. Not a sincere apology. They need to go out of business.

I made my order November 20th. On the 22 it says it has been shipping. The date keeps getting pushed back. It said the 3, and now it’s saying the 7th. I live in Canada, and I’ve orders so much stuff online and I’ve never had the shipping take this long. It says it can take 2-3 weeks for it to ship. It’s taking forever. I’m going on a kid free trip with my hubby on the 13 and praying to god it’s here before then

I paid $273 and 17 of my items are missing... I DEMAND A REFUND FOR THOSE ITEMS OR I WILL GET THE AUTHORITIES INVOLVED!! THAT IS ILLEGAL!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN IT HAPPENS TO 90% OF PEOPLE WHO ORDERS ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

For the products ! Good quality for fair price ! For the shipping and customer service ! I made an order and they said 2 to 5 business days ! After five business days they told me it might take 3 to 7 business days ! And finally when it arrived after 14 days an item was missing ! I've contacted them that i need it urgently because it was supposed to be a gift and i am leaving the country after 4 days ! They said we can not guarantee the delivery date 😁 bad customer service
