Today I placed an order on the Elf website. When I proceeded to the checkout my order total was $22.95. I immediately checked my bank account as I usually do to confirm the amount was withdrawn from my account. I noticed the amount taken was $31.87. I phoned the customer service line in which I explained the situation to the lady who answered. She went on to tell me that since I am in Canada my bank account switched the amount to US currency. Which is fine. My reply to her was that since I was given the option to ship to Canada, I expected this would be totaled in Canadian currency. This rude and ignorant lady proceeded to respond with, "Well everyone know it's a US website". I replied simply stating, "Clearly I did not know this". This lady abruptly snicked at me and stated, "I hope you have a great day", as I was speaking and hung the phone up in my ear. I called back and obviously received a different representative who was very kind and helpful. Never have I ever had an experience like this with customer service! This lady was ignorant, rude and clearly not in the right career.

Their eyebrow palette/kit is amazing! It has a cream/gel on one side and a powder on the other. There isn't much of a shade range like the other products, but I haven't had a problem with it. The little brush that comes with it is angled on one side and the other side is fluffier for blending. I have said goodbye to brow pencils forever!

I use to think of e.l.f. like the cheap, not so great makeup and I would just stick to buying brushes from them. Honestly, once I tried it my whole opinion changed. Now, e.l.f. is part of my must-haves, while I've only run into a couple of products I personally didn't like overall they've been great. The products are affordable enough that if I don't like one I don't feel bad about getting rid of it. The products I love from them are long wear and blend great. I got an awesome deal online where I got 3 items of my choice for free and free shipping when I spend $25. Shipping estimated that I would get it a week later and I ended up getting it 2 days early. I highly recommend e.l.f. products, especially their online deals.

e.l.f has been a FANTASTIC site for all of my makeup amd skin care needs. Not only do that have an amazing selection of shades amd tones in concealer and foundation, but they also have additives that you can customize the tone and shade to EXACTLY what you need! I own all 3 of the additives amd they have been a Godsend! They even blend well with other brands. The coverage is amazing! The mattifing powder is second to none, and just like every other product with elf works well with other brands. So far every product ive purchased has exceeded my expectations. They truly do what they say. They also have a section to tell you exactly how to use the product in the description. e.l.f also has a rewards program called "beauty squad" as you mkbe up in the ranks(which is so easy) there are even extra rewards that come with meeting the next levels. You can use the points get evw3n more special offers or purchase certain products they offer as part of the rewards. Shipping is quick, and tracking your order is a breeze! It arrives when they say it will. Its always packaged well and comes with an easy to read invoice. I highly recommend elf for amazinh products that wont break your wallet!

I bought items on elf - I pay around £20 and I never received the order confirmation! The money had been taken from my bank account and I emailed in and the said oh sorry and they sent a confirmation. Waiting still for my package!! Slow delivery , let see what the items are like !! I first got elf primer and it smelled like oil or gas. I used it one time and then never used it again. I decided to give it another try and I got the hydrating serum and the overnight moisturizing cream. Both of these products smell bad! I’m so disappointed and I should’ve learned after the first product not to purchase more!
